Shipment processing time
All online or phone orders received on Automobility.com are processed within two (2) business days, and you should expect delivery in 3 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping cost & Delivery process
Automobility Store offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders placed within the continental United States to your home front door. Some products may be shipped to AK, HI or Canada for an additional surcharge. Please contact us for availability and for a custom freight quote.
Shipments are delivered by standard ground delivery via reputable carriers, typically UPS or FedEx. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, PMB's, APO's, DPO's or FPO's. Some items may ship separately. The delivery date provided is not guaranteed, but an accurate approximation.
Providing inaccurate information at checkout or shipping to an alternate mailing address may cause a brief delay for order verification. Please provide a valid phone number at Checkout. As most freight companies, require a phone number to schedule a delivery appointment.
For your security, all large orders are shipped signature required. Please have an adult available at the delivery address to sign for your package.
An email with your tracking number and approximate delivery date will be sent within 2-3 business days of placing your order. If you have not received a Shipping Notification email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at email@example.com. Include your Sales Receipt # in the subject line of the email.
You can cancel your order before 6pm CST the same day of your order, by calling our toll-free number 1 (800) 431-3183. If you decide to cancel your order after the deadline, we will process it with respect to our standard Return Policy.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will file a claim with the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged product. If the packaging seems extensively damaged, please take few pictures if possible and refuse the order.

You are always welcome to return any unused product in its original condition within 30 Days from purchase for an exchange, credit, or a refund (minus the shipping costs and restocking fees).

Return Process, Rules & Conditions
- Submit a Return Request by phone or online. Our customer service department will send you and RMA number. Any unauthorized packages returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
- Merchandise returned within 30 days of receiving the product must be received in 100% new condition. Product is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, and in the original packaging).
- All returns are subject to a10% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be processed upon the product receiving back to our warehouse and an inspection of returning product. A refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt.
