Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All online or phone orders received on are processed within two (2) business days, and you should expect delivery in 3 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping cost & Delivery process

Automobility Store offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders placed within the continental United States to your home front door. Some products may be shipped to AK, HI or Canada for an additional surcharge. Please contact us for availability and for a custom freight quote.

Shipments are delivered by standard ground delivery via reputable carriers, typically UPS or FedEx. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, PMB's, APO's, DPO's or FPO's. Some items may ship separately. The delivery date provided is not guaranteed, but an accurate approximation.

Providing inaccurate information at checkout or shipping to an alternate mailing address may cause a brief delay for order verification. Please provide a valid phone number at Checkout. As most freight companies, require a phone number to schedule a delivery appointment.

For your security, all large orders are shipped signature required. Please have an adult available at the delivery address to sign for your package.

An email with your tracking number and approximate delivery date will be sent within 2-3 business days of placing your order. If you have not received a Shipping Notification email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at Include your Sales Receipt # in the subject line of the email.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before 6pm CST the same day of your order, by calling our toll-free number 1 (800) 431-3183. If you decide to cancel your order after the deadline, we will process it with respect to our standard Return Policy.

Shipping Damage

If you received your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will file a claim with the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged product. If the packaging seems extensively damaged, please take few pictures if possible and refuse the order.

Automobility Store is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so we built our 30 Days return policy with the help of our customers! You are always welcome to return any unused product in its original condition within 30 Days from purchase for an exchange, credit, or a refund (minus the shipping costs and restocking fees).

Return Process, Rules & Conditions

  1. Submit a Return Request by phone or online. Our customer service department will send you and RMA number. Any unauthorized packages returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
  2. Merchandise returned within 30 days of receiving the product must be received in 100% new condition. Product is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, and in the original packaging).
  3. All returns are subject to a10% restocking fee.
  4. Refunds will be processed upon the product receiving back to our warehouse and an inspection of returning product. A refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt.

The items they threw in for FREE totaled almost as much as the Scooter!

I ordered this Revo 2.0 3-wheel scooter directly online. I immediately received an email asking me to call them. I thought oh boy, I hope it's not sold out or something. To my surprise, they were wanting to verify that the transaction was indeed placed by me, & not on a stolen credit card. That showed that they care about their reputation. I researched scooters for several weeks, making apple to apple comparisons. You won't find a better deal anywhere else. Many online dealers show pictures with the under seat storage bins, but fail to tell you they are a $65-$80 add on. I bet you'll have a hard time finding a better.

Continuing on with my purchase experience. I forgot to tell them during that call that I'd been unable use the 5% off code I'd received for signing up for their emails or that I was a Veteran. To my surprise I was credited some money back to my card.

We had some unfortunate shipping issues. One of my free add ons, a retractable Canopy, arrived damaged by FEDEX. To be honest the canopy offer was what led me to make my purchase here, because it alone was a $295 value -- on sale no less!!. AutoMobility also had the most reasonably priced in home 2 year service agreement. I sent pics via email and the folks at Automobility sent out a replacement right away. Next came a trucking carrier snafu, that resulted in my scooter being left sitting for 3 days at terminal somewhere in a neighboring state. I was able to follow up on that myself, using the tracking info provided by AutoMobility and the trucking carrier. The scooter was delivered to my home on the scheduled date. The driver called first, with an ETA on the time. He went above and beyond by bringing it up my short driveway and closer to my front door. I'd only gotten the free curbside shipping, so he was very kind to get it closer to my house for me. In theory, there were supposed to be 2 boxes on my pallet, but when it arrived there was only the box containing the scooter. The driver said normally extra boxes would be strapped together and there didn't seem to be a second box on his truck. He even took the time to open the box himself and glance in to be certain that the seat and batteries were there, as we couldn't imagine what else would possibly have been packed in an additional box. Everything seemed to be there, so I signed off on the paperwork. It was only later as we were assembling the scooter that I realized there WAS something missing!

As part of the amazing deal they had running when I purchased my scooter they tossed in for free the under seat storage bins, which normally would have been an additional cost. Mind you, this was in addition to FOUR other free items they included during their Independence Day event. Those items were: the large back basket, a cup holder, the large armrest saddle bag, AND the amazing, very expensive, retractable canopy. Even after replacing my damaged canopy, and despite the fact that I'd technically signed off confirming that I'd received 2 boxes on my pallet...they generously took my word for it that I was missing the storage bins. I'm sure that they probably confirmed with Pride and the trucking line too most likely, but they could have just as easily told me tough luck lady. Instead, they arranged for Pride to send them to me. Now my scooter is 100% here, as it was originally ordered. I cannot imagine working with a company any more dedicated to making sure their customers are satisfied with their purchases.

As for the scooter itself, I love the higher weight capacity, as my mother will be able to borrow it for her Dr. appointments. The 3-wheel model has a nice turning radius, long battery life/distance per charge, and the 5mph speed is nice. This little fella will get up and go! It has the under tiller "puddle" light, head and tail lights, a USB port, the option to charge the batteries off of the unit. There's tons of storage and it is size compatible for theme park bus transportation limits. The larger standard seat size was also a feature I wanted. There are pop off caps on the tiller bar where I can later add a phone holder or a rearview mirror should I want to do so later on. There are fancier models available from Pride with more bells and whistles of course, but this one seemed to have all that I would need while still being able to be broken down into manageable pieces. Folks need to know that the weight of the batteries is a bit hefty, but that's what you should expect for a unit able to travel greater distances, at fast speeds, on a single charge. The silverish gray color looks much better in person in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised by how sleek and modern the gray looks. I'm delighted with my purchase and the unmatched value & customer service I received. AutoMobility has been fantastic to work with, and you'll be hard pressed to find better pricing anywhere else.
